Freestyle
Begins March 24th.
Recruiting
Priority for next season, goal of 20 new Wrestlers
We have got to have everyone there to recruit for next season. New people get them to commit to weight lifting, summer wrestling, and wrestling camp. Recruit people you know will enjoy wrestling!
Weight-lifting / Conditioning
Begins on March 25th, 2:30 - 3:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you are not in another sport you are expected to be here.
Summer Wrestling (Mandatory for returning Wrestlers)
Begins June 2nd - 13th
On the mats practicing with other teams.
Summer Wrestling Camp
Missouri Team Camp I June 15th - 19th cost $345.
With Van and 6 Flags cost $500
Need commitments and $ 100 deposit by March
I need verbal commitments now!
Summer Dead Period
June 22nd - July 5th (no lifting or practice). Your time for vacation!
Summer Weight-lifting
July 7th - August 1st
Fall Weight Training August 18th - October 13th
